It may be time for me to retire! I just made another egregious error. That photo of the scallop crudo in my latest post was not from Nina June but rather from Albatross, a new restaurant in Camden about which Nina June is very enthusiastic. Now here is Nina June’s own crudo and I’m sure this one is correct!

More importantly, I just got back from the states and during my entire trip I luxuriated in the joy of scallops! It's something I miss here in Italy. Not that there aren't scallops, but they certainly aren't as prevalent. I loved your information all about what is truly one of my favorite culinary pleasures!
