Another correction!!!
It may be time for me to retire! I just made another egregious error.
That photo of the scallop crudo in my latest post was not from Nina June but rather from Albatross, a new restaurant in Camden about which Nina June is very enthusiastic. Now here is Nina June’s own crudo and I’m sure this one is correct!
