I offer a correction to the directions I published yesterday for a delightful peach and blueberry cobbler. In making the topping, please change 3/4 cup of sugar to just 1/4 cup. That was a slip of my typing finger that just passed me by.
Also, if you have buttermilk, use that in place of the fresh milk called for—I think it gives a slightly higher rise and more flavor to the cobbler’s topping.
