Apologies

I’m absent but not absent-minded

I was unable to post last week and most likely this coming week as well. My trusty little MacBook is in the shop getting a new touch pad. Or at least i hope it is.

I use, by the way, Necessary Technology in Portland, Maine, for rapid, expert, and truly kindly attention. Those guys know how to hold a desperate writer’s hand. If you’re in the neighborhood and needing Apple help, i cannot recommend them too highly.

Meanwhile, writing as i am right now, on the teeny tiny screen of the iPhone is frustrating. Bear with me. I hope to return next week.
